  • Each guest’s baby photo, numbered

How to play:

 For this game, when sending invitations to your guest ask them to bring their baby photo to the party. Gather all the photos at the start of the shower and post the pictures around a room with a number attached to each one. Give out blank numbered lists and ask guests to guess who is pictured in each photo.

2. Bobbing for Pacifiers

This baby shower game is not just active it’s sure to get everyone laughing too. It’s one of the funniest baby shower activities you can imagine, and it’s a great way to help guests relax. This activity is suitable for both indoor and outdoor baby shower.

Requirements:

  • Plastic bowls (one for each participant)

  • 3-6 pacifiers per bowl

How to play:

Arrange the bowls in a row then fill each one with water. Add the pacifiers to the bowls and ask your guests to line up with hands behind their backs. Blow a whistle or clap to start the game—whoever gets all their pacifiers first wins! If you desire, you can buy some baby shower prices and number them, and then number the pacifiers, too.   • Computer and printer, or photocopier

How to play:

Prior to the party, look through your list of guests and make a note of any fun facts about each person (or ask them to send you some if you don’t know them well). Then, type up a list of facts without indicating who they belong to. Print copies of the list and give one to each guest. They’ll have to mingle to find out which fact belongs to which person. If you’d like, the guest with the most correct answers can win a baby shower prize.

This is a game that gets people mingling and tests their knowledge about baby gear.  It is a fun, ease shower game that wins its purpose.

Requirements:

  • Plain note cards

  • A pen

  • Safety pins for each guest

How to play:

Write baby items names on a card for each of your guest. For instance, you could write “diaper”, “baby bottle”, or other themed items. As visitor arrive, pin a card on their back and have them mingle. They won’t know what it says on their back, so they must ask each other a series of “Yes” or “No” questions to try to identify the item. After someone has correctly guessed the item, they can pin their card to the front or take it off.

Also known as the Clothes Pin Baby Shower Game, this game turns a well-used baby shower word taboo: Baby! It is the cheapest shower game as it requires minimum preparation and supplies.What guests love about this activity is that you can play it from the start to the end of the party if you want.

What you need:

  • Clothespins for every guest.(More than one pin for each guest also works perfectly)

How to play: As each guest arrives, have them clip the clothespin onto what they’re wearing. Whenever a guest is talking to someone who says “baby,” they take that person’s pin and puts it on themselves. Whoever has the most pins at the end of the party wins.

How to play:

Give copies of the questions to the parent(s)-to-be before the party and ask them to write down their answers. During the shower, distribute copies of the questions to all the guests and have them use their imagination to fill in the blanks with what they think the parent(s) said for each answer. The guest who answers the most questions closest to the truth wins the game.
